Join local artist Emma Eagles for a relaxed, sociable evening of colour, playful experimentation and expressive painting at The White Horse, Baston. No experience needed. No pressure to be good. Just an evening of trying something new, glass in hand, good company around you.

Whether you paint every week or haven’t picked up a brush since school, you’ll be warmly welcomed the moment you walk in. There’s no “right” way to do this, and no two paintings in the room will look the same.

We’ll start loose and playful, warming up with colour and collaborative exercises that get everyone laughing and forgetting they were ever nervous, before building towards your own expressive landscape: the fields and skies around Baston, somewhere you love, or wherever your imagination takes you. Emma will be moving around the room the whole evening with ideas, demonstrations and encouragement, but what ends up on your canvas will be yours alone.
